The location was superb, right in the station with quick access to shopping and dining options. The facilities provided, including a steam iron and extra pillows, enhanced comfort during the stay. However, the room lacked temperature controls, making it uncomfortably warm. Additionally, the bed was hard and the pillows offered inadequate support. Finally, while the breakfast buffet had a good variety, the overall experience felt lacking with minimal attractions for tourists.

Had a fab 2-night stay! Right by the station, super convenient for shopping and food! The room was clean and comfy, just wished the TV was bigger. Breakfast was amazing, especially all the local Japanese dishes. Lovely staff, too! Just a bummer the shower was a bit cramped. Otherwise, a great place to crash in Niigata.
